Senior Secretary/Secretary I/II in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 502913) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin); good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Secretary I/II.
The appointee will join the FAMILY Cohort, which is a large population-based cohort with over 46,000 participants in 20,000 households. He/She will provide secretarial support to Programme Director and the team; manage and organize daily schedules and appointments; arrange meetings and functions; liaise with internal and external parties; handle enquires; and perform other duties as assigned.
