Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 502954) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years' supervisory experience in tertiary institutions and/or IT project management. They should have high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; strong critical thinking; good analytical and communications skills; and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in handling human resource and financial matters will be an added advantage. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Principal Investigator and members of the project; work closely and maintain good communication with the funding body, community partners, the government, NGOs and other stakeholders; provide support for general office administration; supervise junior administrative and clerical staff; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
