Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) for Career Development and Training in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 503056) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)  

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1-2 years’ full-time work experience in programme administration, event and project management, student affairs, or a related field. They should have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua), good organizational and communication skills, be well-versed in MS Office and other applications (substantial experience in using Zoom, Qualtrics, and dealing with website CMS and UAT would be a distinct advantage), and must be able to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details. They should have a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures.

The appointee will provide support in relation to career-related services of the Faculty’s taught postgraduate students, provide administrative and logistical support to career coaching and training activities, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Duties include event registration and support, data management, and report and document preparation. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
