Executive Officer in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 503073) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ administrative experience or equivalent. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, hands-on experience in English and Chinese word processing and PC applications, the ability to work independently, excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and attention to details. They should also have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and a good sense of tact in dealing with issues independently.
The appointee will be responsible for the administration of the Faculty-level Experiential Learning initiatives including financial and budgeting issues; assisting the formulation of Experiential Learning development strategies and plans; fostering constructive relationships with different stakeholders; managing and producing content and features for the Faculty’s Experiential Learning website and other publications; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
