Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 503435) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years’ working experience. They should be versatile in general office administration and project management, and preferably with supervisory experience. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work independently with initiative. They should be a good team player and able to handle multi-tasks. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Executive Officer.
The appointee will participate in the FAMILY Cohort, which is a large population-based cohort with over 46,000 participants in 20,000 households. He/She will assist in a wide range of administrative and project management duties relating to research projects. He/She will liaise with multiple external service vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, HR, PR team), supervise and train junior staff, provide executive support to the Programme Director, and perform other duties as assigned.
