Clerk I/II (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 503652) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree/Associate Degree/Higher Diploma, preferably with 3-5 years' solid work experience in office administration within the education sector. They should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude, while being able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A good command of English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills (especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint) are essential. Applicants are also expected to be attentive to details and be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, with demonstrated competence in discharging complex clerical duties. The appointees will join the HR team of the Faculty to assist with a wide range of clerical/administrative work in relation to HR management, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
