Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 503944), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in pharmacology, biomedical sciences, biological sciences or a related discipline.  They should have an excellent track record and strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: drug discovery and development, pharmacology, and immunology.  Knowledge of pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology and cell signalling is required. Experimental skills using mouse models are preferred. Applicants should have excellent English writing skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a keen interest in applying novel technologies on biomedicine. They must be highly motivated, creative and energetic.

The appointee will join a research team led by Professor Yu Wang, currently focusing on the Treg-based immunotherapy against obesity-related metabolic and cancer diseases.
