Clerk I/II (several posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 504117) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (min. Grade C/Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language (min. Level 4) and Mathematics, preferably with 1 to 3 years' solid work experience in office administration, preferably in a tertiary institution. A good command of English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills (especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint) are essential. Applicants are also expected to be attentive to details and be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, with the ability to produce quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Experience in one or more of the following areas are essential: (i) teaching and learning; (ii) campus facility and infrastructure; (iii) human resources; (iv) financial management; (v) committee support; and (vi) general services. Those with higher qualifications and more relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk I. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
