Teaching Assistant in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 508586) (to commence on January 1, 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a good Master’s degree in Social Sciences (preferably in Social Work, Psychology and Sociology), Education or related disciplines. They should have good communication skills and be capable to work in a team. Preference will be given to those with relevant teaching experience, excellent command of English, and a good grasp of technology and knowledge of using online platforms.
The appointee will contribute to course development, student training and consultations as appropriate. He/She will assist in teaching undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate programmes.
