Clerk II in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology (Ref.: 508589), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or hospitals.  They should have fluency in English; good IT knowledge; proficiency in word-processing; and good interpersonal, patient handling and communication skills including pleasant telephone manner.  They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details, and be able to multitask as well as working independently and under pressure.  The appointee will provide administrative support and customer service to the reception office of the imaging units of the Department, assist in preparing medical reports, and liaise with HA hospitals and private clinics for referral cases.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
