Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 508598) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/ Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (min. grade C/ Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, including English Language, Chinese Language (min. Level 4) and Mathematics. They should have at least 2 years' full-time work experience, fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good communication and organisational skills; the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and be self-motivated.
The appointee will handle undergraduate programme administration, manage database, assist in general office administration, and undertake other duties as assigned. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered. Those with higher qualifications may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
