Clerk II in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 508600) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; preferably with at least 8 years’ human resources and facilities management experience in a tertiary institution. They should be mature, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision while under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also have a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; good telephone manners; and proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, as well as English and Chinese word processing.
The appointee will provide clerical support to human resources, take charge of the operations and facilities management of the general office, provide assistance in renovation and relocation projects, and supervise cleaners. He/She will also perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
