Project Associate in the Information Technology Services (ITS) (3 posts) (Ref.: 511544) (to commence as soon as possible for one year)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, fluency in spoken Cantonese and English, good communication skills, and pleasant character. They should also be self-motivated, positive-minded, people- and service-oriented, and willing to learn. Those with the knowledge of and relevant experience in some of the following areas are preferred:

  • usages of PC/mobile device
  • office applications, especially on collaboration tools like Teams
  • website building and software development
  • audio-visual and post-production technologies
  • MS Office, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CAD as well as other multimedia technologies

Applicants should be Hong Kong residents and fresh graduates. Existing staff of the University need not apply.

ITS provides central IT services to support the University’s teaching, learning, research and administrative activities. ITS is transforming its organization to support its new strategic development and strategic adoption of new technologies. We are seeking high calibre candidates to support different services and new development. The appointees will be assigned to work in one of the service teams - Students Information Systems Team, Cybersecurity Team, Systems Team, eLearning Team and Learning Environment Services Team.  Information about ITS can be obtained at https://www.its.hku.hk/.
