Part-time Student Research Assistant in the School of Public Health (Ref: 512288) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
We are looking for an outstanding web developer/designer to handle the coding, innovative design, and layout of the website which will be a part of a research project.
Applicants should be undergraduate or postgraduate students in computer science, software engineering or IT-related disciplines. They should have knowledge of and experience in web development, programming and design, both front and bank end. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, and good interpersonal, organizational, communication and time management skills. They should be highly motivated, attentive to details, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
The appointee will work closely with Dr. Youngwon Kim on a research project. He/She will develop an online platform (i.e. website) that will help people to be more physically active. Information about the School can be obtained at http://sph.hku.hk.
