Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 515580) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary education. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency (e.g. MS Office and database); strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills; the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadline; and competence in performing administrative duties and collaborating with different stakeholders. They should be attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

The appointee will provide day-to-day support to office administration. He/She will handle financial matters (e.g., petty cash, payments and reimbursements); update personnel records; provide support to the daily operation of an academic division; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
