Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Metabolic Medicine and Immunometabolism (several posts) in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine and the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Ref.: 515734), to commence as soon as possible for one to three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree, preferably with experience in adipose biology, immunology, multi-omics and/or manipulation of genetically-modified mice.  The appointees will work on a research project to characterize heterogeneity of adipose tissues and to identify secretory factors involved in conversion of white adipocytes to brown adipocytes.  5.5 working days per week is required.  Enquiries about the posts should be sent to Miss Lily Li at lily46@hku.hk.
