Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 519164) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basis salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1-2 years’ work experience. They should be versatile in general office administration and project management. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; strong computer literacy skills; attention to details; and the ability to work independently with initiative. Those with less experience and/or lower qualification may be appointed as Clerk II. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

The appointee will participate in the FAMILY Cohort, which is a large population-based cohort with over 46,000 participants in 20,000 households. He/She will assist in a wide range of administrative and project management duties relating to research projects. He/She will liaise with multiple external service vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, HR, PR team), provide executive support to the Programme Director, and perform other duties as assigned. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
