Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 519887), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with proven experience in biomedical sciences or a related discipline. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English. They should be self-motivated, well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility. Preference will be given to those with knowledge in cancer biology research and relevant experience for conducting functional assays and using a diversified approach for mechanistic study.
The appointee will join a multidisciplinary team under the Division of Esophageal and Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery, they will work with clinicians and scientists on drug development projects for esophageal cancer.
