Project Associate in Department of Geography (Ref.: 520083) (to commence no later than July 1, 2023 for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good computer knowledge, and IT skills. They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details, possess good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility, and can work independently and in a team.
The appointee will perform a wide spectrum of administrative tasks, especially to support financial matters (including procurement, payment, reimbursement, tendering, and invoicing) and the organization of events/meetings of the Department. He/She will be offered hands-on experience in different project initiatives and carry out other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
