Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 523239) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) 

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ solid work experience in office administration, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; an appropriate level of IT skills (especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint); demonstrated competence in discharging complex clerical duties; a strong sense of responsibility; and a positive attitude. They should be attentive to details; able to prioritize multiple tasks sensibly; and able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.  Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II. The appointee will join the Faculty’s HR team and assist in a wide range of clerical/administrative work in relation to HR management. He/She will also perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
