Programme Manager, Undergraduate Student Enrichment (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530157) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal). 

Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ programme management and/or development experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), be a good team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and being able to work on their own initiative under tight deadlines.  Commitment to quality and results, excellent time management and problem-solving skills, professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are essential qualities. 

The appointee will assist in overseeing the operation of the Faculty’s undergraduate student enrichment and career-related programmes, provide support in liaising with overseas institutions, corporate partners and other external parties, communicate/co-ordinate with students and student associations on programmes and events, supervise clerical staff, and perform any other duties as assigned.  Occasional travelling and work outside the normal office hours may be required.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
