Assistant Registrar, Executive Education in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530190) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a master’s degree in business or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years’ work experience and not less than 10 years' work experience in developing and running high-end executive education programmes, preferably with experience in a business school setting locally and in overseas.  They should have management, supervisory and budget administration experience, along with excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.

Directly reporting to the Associate Dean (Executive Education), the appointee is expected to oversee the administration of the Faculty’s Executive Education Programmes.  He/She will be responsible for direction and management of the programmes, financial planning and control, as well as course and programme development.  The appointee is also expected to work independently with minimal supervision and interact actively with the business corporations, public sectors and other relevant stakeholders.  Working outside normal office hours and during weekends, as well as travelling outside Hong Kong may be occasionally required.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
