Clerk II in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530606) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or a higher diploma, with at least 5 years’ work experience in a tertiary institution or quasi-government organization. Experience in providing support to facilities management at tertiary institution would be an advantage. Applicants should also have a good command of English and Chinese, the ability to work independently and proactively, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated and a good team player. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
The appointee will be responsible for (1) facilities management in HKUMed premises including laboratories, teaching venues, offices and public areas; (2) monitoring the performance of contractors in the provision of satisfactory facilities establishment and management; and (3) liaising with different stakeholders and following up with enquiries related to facilities management, as well as perform any other duties as assigned.
