Senior Programme Manager, MSc Programmes Operation (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530647) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)  

Applicants should have a good bachelor’s degree, with around 6 years’ work experience in a business school or comparable environment.  They should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); strong organisational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work independently with initiative; and an appropriate level of IT proficiency.  Experience in programme management, student support, and project management would be an advantage. 

The appointee will be responsible for supporting the administration and development of specialised master’s programmes, including admissions, programme operations, academic coordination; serving as secretary for various committees; and interacting with students and other stakeholders in the University.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
