Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) for the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 Project (Ref.: 531556)

 The Role

The appointee will provide clerical support in the implementation of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong. He/She will be responsible for supporting the liaison and coordination with schools; data management and verification; event organisation and other project duties as assigned.  Qualifications and Qualities

Applicants should have at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. Applicants with work experience, preferably in educational projects in the tertiary education sector, or with specific training in education will be given priority consideration. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; hands-on experience in English and Chinese word processing and PC applications. Being detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment are essential for this position.

What We Offer

The appointment will be made on a temporary contract to commence as soon as possible until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.  A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
