Executive Assistant, Human Resources (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534105) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in Human Resources. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; computer literacy; as well as the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently and in a team environment. They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in handling recruitment and good knowledge in data processing and analysis would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with outstanding academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faculty’s Human Resources team, handling tasks related to recruitment, appointments and re-appointments, as well as onboarding arrangements. He/she will also perform other clerical duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
