Applicants must possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant administrative experience and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. We seek a resourceful professional capable of independent operational management and digital innovation, a self-motivated individual who demonstrates a high degree of independence and a willingness to master new technologies. IT proficiency is essential; specifically, the candidate must be willing to learn how to use Notion for database management, as well as WordPress and Canva for website maintenance and graphic design. A collaborative, service-oriented attitude is required for effective liaison with diverse stakeholders.
The appointee will assume independent responsibility for the programme’s operational lifecycle, including course accreditation, budget oversight, and the strategic planning of major events such as symposia and workshops. In addition to providing high-level secretarial support to key committees and coordinating student peer consultants, the Executive Officer will lead external communications. This technical aspect of the role involves managing the official website, designing publicity materials, and building and maintaining databases.
