Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref: 534759) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); self-motivated, attentive to details, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and appropriate level of IT skills (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They are also expected to be able to handle multi-tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Applicants with knowledge in event management would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide secretarial support to supervisors and a wide range of administrative support to Dean’s Office, including office administration, liaison with internal and/or external stakeholders, finance, event management and performing any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
