Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref: 536385) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.)

We are seeking a capable and motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree and preferably at least 3 years of relevant work experience.  The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.  A high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively will be essential for success in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about contributing to student development and gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant university environment.   The appointee will join a dynamic and collaborative team committed to driving new initiatives and strategic development.  He/She will provide all-round administrative support across a broad portfolio, including daily operations, event coordination, project management, and other duties as assigned.

Applicants should also possess good IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with design, content creation and budget monitoring would be an added advantage.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
