Senior Research Assistant in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education (Ref.:537020) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should be university graduates in Education or Psychology, preferably with a background in programme coordination and research. Those who have a Master’s degree or current part-time postgraduate students in Education or Psychology are particularly welcome. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also demonstrate the ability to work in a team, and willingness to work overtime when necessary. Knowledge of using SPSS and AMOS would be an advantage.
The appointee will assist in the research process, including research design, literature review, management of questionnaire using Qualtrics, data collection, interpretation, and preparation of project reports; and perform any other duties as assigned.
