Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in Applied Oral Sciences and Community Dental Care (AOS&CDC) of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 526340) (to commence from mid-June 2024, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (desirable Putonghua), IT proficiency as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.  They should also be self-motived, a good team player, attentive to details and able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure.  Previous work experience in tertiary institutions would be advantageous.

The appointee will report to the Executive Officer and provide all rounded support to the division including programme administration, finance, human resources, research management, event co-ordination and perform other duties as assigned.  On-the-job training will be provided.
