Executive Officer (several posts) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 519123) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 3 years’ or more solid work experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English (demonstrated by an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese, good organizational and communication skills, strong computer literacy, the ability to handle multi-tasks, and a strong sense of responsibility. They should be self-motivated and a good team player.
The appointees will perform a wide spectrum of administrative tasks. They will assist in the coordination of academic programmes, manage events, handle general office administration, and perform other duties as assigned.
