Executive Assistant in the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section (CDQA) of the Registry (Ref.: 534282) (to commence as soon as possible on a two‑year fixed‑term contract, with contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least two years of relevant work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills; and a deep sense of responsibility. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to work under tight timelines, is essential. A high level of computer proficiency, including the effective use of AI tools, is required.
The appointee will provide executive support to teaching and learning-related initiatives, inclusive of administration of teaching grants, teaching excellence schemes and curriculum reviews, in addition to performing other duties as assigned.
