Clerk II in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 524622) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably a degree holder in sciences related disciplines. They should have knowledge and experience of office administration and external communication. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin); good organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; a high level of computer/paper document processing efficiency; good teamwork; the ability to efficiently multi-task; and the capacity for independent action and initiative.
The appointee will assist Principal Investigators in research management and administrative duties; and perform other duties as assigned.
