Senior Clerk/Clerk I in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 524623) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably a degree holder in sciences related disciplines with at least 2 years working experience in the higher education sector (i.e. university). They should have knowledge and experience in project management, office administration, human resource management and external communication. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin); good organizational, financial management, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; a high level of computer/paper document processing efficiency; good teamwork; the ability to efficiently multi-task; and the capacity for independent action and initiative. Experience in knowledge and technology transfer for R&D is a plus.

The appointee will assist Principal Investigators in research management and administrative duties; assist in the research team’s R&D initiative and implementation; liaise with various collaborators of the research; and perform other duties as assigned.
