Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 526127) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Management, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in the field. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as strong communication skills are essential. A band score of 7.5 or above for writing in the IELTS would be a distinctive advantage. Applicants should be a good team player, self-motivated, very attentive to details, and able to multi-task independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
The appointee will plan and execute publicity plans, organise events or campaigns, prepare communication materials, handle media enquiries, produce multimedia/online publicity materials, support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team, and perform other duties assigned.
