Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years' work experience in the higher education or public/quasi-public sectors. An excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong communication and interpersonal, supervisory, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders; and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. Applicants should be a good team player, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
The appointee will have good exposure to a wide spectrum of administrative work and various school projects, assisting in policy formulation and implementation. He/she is expected to deliver quality outputs and perform other duties as assigned. Flexibility to work outside office hours is required.
