Senior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/ II) in the University Health Service (Ref.: 526333) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma, with at least 5 years’ work experience. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); the ability to work independently with initiative and flexibility; an outgoing personality; good organisational and communication skills; and IT proficiency. They are also expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, including discreet handling of personal and confidential files. 

The appointee will provide organisational and administrative support to the clinic, supervise junior staff and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the clinic. He/She will also perform front counter duties and handle enquiries, and any other duties as assigned. Those with less experience/ lower qualifications may be considered as Executive Assistant.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
