Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 526389) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C in Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics at least 5 years’ relevant work experience; OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ work experience.  They should be mature, meticulous, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently. They should have a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure to meet tight deadlines.  A good command of English and Chinese; effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills (especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential.  Experience as a personal assistant would be an advantage.  Those with less experience and/or lower qualifications may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant. 

The appointee will provide secretarial support to senior administrators, coordinate recruitment activities, and undertake other general duties in support of the operation of undergraduate programmes offered by the Faculty. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
