Executive Assistant, Undergraduate Programme Administration (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 527252) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector.  He/She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; computer literacy; and the ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as multitask under pressure.  They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.  Fresh graduates with good academic background will also be considered. 

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty’s undergraduate programmes, including programme administration, database management and general office administration.  He/She will also perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
