Project Officer (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Department of Computer Science (Ref: 528656) (to commence as soon as possible thereafter for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ proven work experience in the higher education sector or in public organization. They should have a good command of written English and Chinese, effective organizational and communication skills, IT proficiency and a strong sense of responsibility; be mature, highly motivated and meticulous, attentive to details and able to work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment with different stakeholders.
The appointee will report to the Project Manager to provide administrative and logistics support of the project team; communicate with different stakeholders; assist in a wide range of administrative functions including progress reporting and secretarial work, financial matters, office management; and perform other duties as assigned.
