Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 529953) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 10 years’ work experience in the higher education sector. They should be strong communicators with an excellent command of English and Chinese (including spoken Cantonese) and capable of working independently as well as in a team. They should have good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and an appropriate level of IT knowledge. Experience in administering research awards/grants, providing secretarial support to committees, and organizing visits and meetings is essential. Experience in research performance/impact-related initiatives and research integrity work would be an advantage.
The appointee will play a versatile role in administering various research awards and grants, providing secretarial support to committees, and managing initiatives related to research integrity and research performance at the Faculty level. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
