This is an exciting opportunity to help support the development of the School of Biomedical Sciences, a world-leading centre dedicated to research and teaching in biomedicine. The appointee will provide essential administrative support to the School's Director, including finance management, human capital management, knowledge exchange, and research services support. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience. They must exhibit native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, with a preference for fluency in Putonghua; good organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently; and proficiency in computer skills. They should also be a good team leader and player, and able to multi-task.
