Executive Officer/Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I)/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) (several posts) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref.: 530238) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' work experience preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua); outstanding communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be a fast learner, a good team player and self-starter with positive attitude; be attentive to details and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Computer literacy and IT proficiency are expected. Applicants should also have a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant.

The appointee will be responsible for the administration of taught postgraduate degree programmes in the School including admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, finance administration and student administration; manage social media platforms; prepare write-ups for marketing and publicity materials; develop promotional materials; organize alumni/students' enrichment events, and perform any ad-hoc and non-routine tasks as assigned. Shift duties in evenings and weekends are required to meet the teaching schedule of the programmes. Occasional travel to Mainland China or outside Hong Kong is also required.
