Executive Officer/Clerk I in the School of Clinical Medicine, LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530274) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work experience, preferably in higher education or healthcare sector or of a related field.  A good command of English and Chinese; a high level of interpersonal, organisational and time management skills are essential.  They should be a good team player, reliable, self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to multi-task efficiently.  Knowledge to the healthcare system in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China and proficiency on written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) will be advantageous. 

The appointee will support the liaison work with public and private affiliate teaching hospitals of the HKU Health System, participate in Primary Healthcare development projects, and support other administrative aspects of the LKS Faculty of Medicine's clinical enterprises. Occasional travelling to Mainland China will be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk I.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
