Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the HKU Horizons Office (Ref.: 530435) (to commence as soon as possible, on one-year appointment, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); proven co-ordination, organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. They should also be proficient in IT applications (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing). Participation in learning experience beyond Hong Kong during undergraduate studies and/or enthusiasm/experience in promoting such experience will be distinct advantage.
The appointee will be responsible for learning experience programmes beyond Hong Kong, including organizing meetings and workshops, maintaining databases, and undertaking any other duties as assigned.
