Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences (Ref.: 530476) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills; and a high level of computer proficiency. They should also be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision, attentive to details and self-motivated, and tactful in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
The appointee will provide essential administrative support in the organization of Interprofessional Education (IPE) programmes and knowledge exchange events; work closely with internal and external teams to facilitate the development and delivery of various programmes; and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
