Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530608) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree with 1 to2 years’ experience in project management or office administration. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; as well as a high level of computer proficiency. They should also be goal-driven, attentive to details, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
The appointee will assist the Building Project team in coordinating the Faculty’s relocation work, creating project contents across multiple platforms, providing project administration support (e.g. events logistics, records management), and performing other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work off-campus occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
