Executive Officer in the Faculty of Arts (2 posts) (Ref.: 531545) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totally up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. Proven experience in undergraduate programme administration would be essential. They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT proficiency. Applicants should be self-motivated, independent, collegial and flexible in collaboration with different academic units and stakeholders.
The appointees will oversee and provide administrative support for new undergraduate programmes in Global Creative Industries, and AI and Data Science, including admissions, programme development and syllabus update, timetabling, assessment, student services support and enrichment initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.
