The Role
- Apply the latest analytics tools to single cell multi-omics data and establish analysis pipelines
- Engage in collaborative efforts with scientists and provide expert informatics solutions and training
- Implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions
- Provide mentorship to a highly impactful bioinformatics team
Qualifications and Qualities
- Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biological Sciences or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' hands-on data analytics experience
- Experience in programming languages such as R, Python, or related languages
- Experience in single cell multi-omics or spatial transcriptomics
- Background or experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated applications in bioinformatics (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and enjoy teamwork
- Willing to meet new challenges
